Managed Network Services

Your network, run by named engineers — day and night.

We take ownership of day-to-day network operations: every device baselined and documented, every alert triaged, every change planned. You get a team that knows your network, not a ticket queue.

Overview

Why it matters.

Most networks don’t fail all at once. They drift — firmware falls behind, a config change goes undocumented, a circuit runs hot for months before anyone notices. Managed network services stop the drift.

We start with a full baseline: inventory, topology, configuration backups and the metrics that matter (latency, loss, utilization, security events). From there we run the network to an agreed runbook, report on it monthly and keep a forward list of risks and fixes.

What’s included

What we deliver.

  1. 01

    24/7 monitoring and response

Alerts triaged by engineers who can log in and fix the problem, with escalation paths you agree in advance.

  2. 02

    Configuration and lifecycle

Versioned config backups, firmware cadence, end-of-life tracking and refresh planning.

  3. 03

    Change control

Every change scheduled, peer-reviewed, tested and reversible — with a record you can audit.

  4. 04

    Capacity and performance

Utilization trends and QoS tuning so you upgrade circuits before users feel it.

  5. 05

    Vendor and carrier coordination

We open and chase the tickets with ISPs and hardware vendors on your behalf.

  6. 06

    Monthly health reporting

Uptime, incidents, changes and open risks in one report, reviewed with a named engineer.

Warning signs

You probably need this if…

  • Your one network admin is also the help desk
  • Firmware and configs haven’t been reviewed in a year
  • Outages are discovered by users, not alerts
  • Nobody can produce a current network diagram

Engagement

How a project runs.

  1. 01

    Assess

Inventory, traffic patterns, risks and success measures across LAN, WAN, wireless and cloud.

  2. 02

    Design

Target architecture, security baseline, bill of materials and a staged migration plan.

  3. 03

    Implement

Change-controlled cutovers, validation tests and as-built documentation.

  4. 04

    Operate

Monitoring, patching, capacity reviews and continuous hardening — or a clean handover.

Questions

Common questions.

Do you replace our internal IT team?
No. Most clients keep their IT team for users and applications and hand the network layer to us. We work in your ticketing and chat tools and agree clear lines of ownership.
What equipment do you support?
Mainstream enterprise routing, switching, firewall and wireless platforms, both cloud-managed and controller-based. We confirm support for your specific estate during onboarding.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically two to six weeks depending on the number of sites, covering discovery, monitoring rollout, documentation and runbook sign-off.
